I am having a technical issue with the form.

Please save your progress if you are able to and please click here and open a support ticket. The more information you can provide us the faster we can address and fix the issue you are having. Some important information to pass along is:

  • What browser are you using?
  • What version of that browser are you using?
  • What operating system and you using?

Something does not look right with my ad proof.

If your image looks distorted or skewed please make sure the image you uploaded is 1200 pixels wide by 628 pixel tall. If you think you are seeing an error due to a technical issue in our form please click here and open a support ticket.

Will I be able to make changes to the campaign once I submit the form?

Yes, you can make changes to your campaign after you submit the form. However, any and all changes will have to be made through your LiftEngine account executive.

I do not have a LiftEngine Account Executive yet. How can I be assigned one?

First off, nice to meet you! You will be assigned a LiftEngine account executive once you submit your first ADvantage for Facebook Campaign. However, if you have a question that you need to be answered before you submit, please click here and open a support ticket.
