Customer Birth Month

Collecting birthdays is a long process. With this PowerPack, we provide their birth month so you can send out Happy Birthday discount codes to get them to treat themselves. Great for retention and reactivation.

Customer Spouse Birth Month

Using proprietary logic, we identify spouses within the household of your customers and provide the month in which they are born. Why is this important? Your customers love your brand. Send a gift guide to their loved ones to help them choose you as the perfect gift for Valentine’s Day or Christmas.

Customer Buckets

Customer Buckets are various segments of buyers, each crafted for specific retention and reactivation campaigns.

  • Newest Customers: Customers who first purchased in the current or last calendar month.
  • Recent Customers: Customers who last purchased 0 to 3 months ago.
  • Active Customers: Customers who last purchased 0 to 12 months ago.
  • Near Lapsed Customers: Customers who last purchased 10 to 12 months ago.
  • Lapsed Customers: Customers who last purchased 13-24 months ago.
  • Deep Lapsed Customers: Customers who last purchased 25+ months ago.

Customer Buckets, One-Time Buyers

These are your single buyers, customers with a ton of potential. Get these groups to buy a second (and third) time to boost your lifetime value and bottom line.

  • Recent One-Time Buyers: Customers who only purchased once and made that purchase within the last 3 months.
  • Active One-Time Buyers: Customers who only purchased once and made that purchase within the last 12 months.
  • Near Lapsed One-Time Buyers: Customers who only purchased once and made that purchase 10-12 months ago.
  • Lapsed One-Time Buyers: Customers who only purchased once and made that purchase 13-24 months ago.
  • Deep Lapsed One-Time Buyers: Customers who only purchased once and made that purchase 25+ months ago.

Customer Buckets, Multi-Buyers

These are your multi-buyers, different segments of customers who already love your brand. 

  • Active Multi Buyers: Customers who purchased 2+ times overall and purchased within the last 12 months.
  • Lapsed Multi Buyers: Customers who purchased 2+ times overall and last purchased 12-24 months ago.
  • Deep Lapsed Multi Buyers: Customers who purchased 2+ times overall and last purchased 25+ months ago.

Spending Deciles

This PowerPack consists of customers who spent the most and the least with you over a period of time. Send your smallest spenders big promotions to get them to buy more, and reward your largest spenders with early access to new products to keep them engaged.

  • Largest Spenders, Last 12 Months: Customers in the top 20% of spending over the last 12 months.
  • Smallest Spenders, Last 12 Months: Customers in the bottom 20% of spending over the last 12 months.
  • Largest Spenders, All-Time: Customers in the top 20% of spending.
  • Smallest Spenders, All-Time: Customers in the bottom 20% of spending.

AOV Deciles

This PowerPack consists of customers with the highest and lowest AOV over a period of time. Up-sell those with the lowest AOV to get them to spend more. For those with a high AOV, send targeted cross-sells to get them to keep spending in another vertical of your brand. 

  • Largest Baskets, Last 12 Months: Customers in the top 20% of AOV over the last 12 months (min. two orders in last 12 months).
  • Smallest Baskets, Last 12 Months: Customers in the bottom 20% of AOV over the last 12 months (min. two orders in last 12 months).
  • Largest Baskets, All-Time: Customers in the top 20% of AOV (min. two orders lifetime).
  • Smallest Baskets, All-Time: Customers in the bottom 20% of AOV (min. two orders lifetime).
