Account Executive, Data Hygiene Solutions

LiftEngine supports over 250+ clients and is growing it’s merge/purge and data hygiene team. The Account Executive, Data Hygiene Solutions, will connect client project requirements with our internal production teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to job specs and goals.  The successful candidate can work from home but must be within driving distance of Pearl River, NY for in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
• Ascertain the client’s needs and effectively communicate them to the Production team
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the needs and objectives of each client
• Multi-task between accounts and projects running simultaneously
• Provide intermediate Q/A during projects
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, stakeholders and executives
• Assist with priority projects as needed
• Exhibit an incredible attention to detail and ability to comprehend client objectives without full written direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Hygiene Account Executive position
• Experience in Direct Marketing with basic understanding of USPS rules & regulations
• Proven track record of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment to ensure deadline are met
• Exhibits an incredible attention to detail
• Possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while successfully collaborating with team members
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to help craft job specs from loose client requirements
• Microsoft Excel expertise
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns a plus
• Positive outlook on life and opportunities
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
